Previously: In summer 2022, ten days were dedicated to eight artists and their (related) children. While the children were receiving art and dance pedagogical input and care, the artists had time to work on their own artistic projects or to develop something collaboratively.

The closing event was MOTHER ARTIST - a group exhibition by the artists at Haus des Wandels - and a children's art auction by the artist group UNFAIR at the LandKunstLeben summer festival in the Steinhöfel garden.

This year: We want to try something new for the format artists-with-children-in-residence. We invite three artists with their (related) children to spend four weeks at Haus des Wandels.

This gives the attending artists more time to work on their projects in the inhouse ateliers and allows them to explore different formats of co-parenting. Additionally, the children may participate in local children's programs whenever age-appropriate. Each artist will receive an allowance of 750 euros and 500 euros for supplies and materials.
